If you never buy Ethereum or other cryptocoins and have not telegram account but want to subscribe you need to do 2 simple staps:

1. Go to the official site of messenger Telegram App page, choose your operation system, download and install. You can find also Telegram app in Google Play and Apple store. Follow the instruction. You need just to enter you phone number and confirmed it. After it go to Menu -> Settings -> Edit profile -> Username and enter some username (unique for Telegram). I need it for add you to my channel.

2. Go to the official site of Ethereum and follow exchange services for you country. 

It's simple and you can use it for your other purposes.
